After a year off due to COVID, our Farm to Table Dinner is making its return on Saturday, July 31st at 5:30 p.m.! Chef Kelly Carroll will be at it again cooking a delicious roundup of 8-10 tasing courses utilizing almost exclusively homegrown produce, beef, and honey from our farm.
Tickets to our Farm to Table Dinner are $110 per person and include:
- A hayride tour around the farm by one of the farmers (begins at 4:30 p.m. prior to the dinner)
- Admission to the New Jersey Sunflower Trail and 3 u-cut sunflowers (please visit prior to the dinner as the Trail closes at 6 p.m.)
- 8-course tasting menu served tableside (we may add on an additional 1-2 courses depending on crop availability)
- Sales tax & gratuity for our hardworking chefs and servers
Two couples may be sat with each other at a spacious picnic table. Groups of 4-6 can sit together.
The menu below is a sample menu and will be confirmed closer to the event once we know what crop availability is like:
- Chilled Vichyssoise w/ Chive Oil
- Watermelon - Arugula Salad w/ Crumbled Feta & a Honey-Infused Balsamic Dressing
- Roasted Beets with Goat Cheese Mousse
- Crispy Zucchini Napoleon/ with Fresh Tomato, Roasted Red Peppers and Fresh Mozzarella
- Braised Short Rib on a Bed of Rustic Mashed Potatoes and a Black Berry Demi Glace
- MIddle Eastern Kafta w/ a Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce
- Mixed Berry Trifle
- Old Fashion Peach Cobbler
This event is BYOB. There will be ice buckets to keep your beer & wine chilled, glasses, and cucumber-infused water available.
